• all activities performed through their account,
• the correctness of the provided data.

The user must not provide account access to an unauthorized person.

• unauthorized access to systems,
• disrupting the functionality of the service,
• attempts at hacking, misuse, or damage to the service,
• spreading malicious code.

The operator has the right to block or cancel an account upon violation of these terms.

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous availability.

The operator does not guarantee that the service will always be available without errors or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

The operator is not responsible for:

• loss of data,
• indirect or consequential damage,
• service interruption,
• damages caused by use or inability to use the service.

The user uses the service at their own responsibility.

The system is not certified accounting software. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data provided on generated invoices and other documents, as well as for their compliance with applicable regulations.

Cookies

The manag.app web application uses only necessary technical cookies required for:

• user login,
• maintaining user sessions,
• application security.

These cookies do not require user consent under applicable legal regulations.

The application does not use marketing or analytical cookies.

Termination of Use

The user may stop using the service at any time.

The operator may:

• suspend or cancel the account,
• limit access to the service,

especially upon violation of these terms or legal regulations.

Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the "Privacy Policy" document available on the manag.app website.

Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the website.

By continuing to use the service, the user agrees to the new version.

Rozhodné právo

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
